Yoga

For the last year and half, yoga has been a big part of my life. I have divulged into the practice, grasped the power in the poses and learned to control my breathing while doing so.

Yoga challenges me to learn new poses in the various forms of practice. This is one of the main reasons why I love yoga. I think about it all the time, it is always on my mind (for those that don’t suspect that already). I may be over exaggerating and overdoing my passion , but in this day in age, there are worse things to be ‘addicted’ to.

I love to discover a new pose I haven’t tried before. I watch, I learn, I attempt, I try and I improve. With every day of practice, I can feel my body, mind and spirit getting stronger and stronger. There’s no other feeling quite like the high of mastering a yoga pose you’ve been working at for months.

“Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are.” -Jason Crandell.
